Bluffwood apartments are located in north east Iowa City directly across from the lower Hickory Hill Park entrance.

Each apartment features a Master bedroom with walk in closet and master bath with washer and dryer. The second bedroom also features a walk in closet and is connected to the hall bath. The spacious living room gets lots of light and looks out towards hickory hill park. Off of the living room each apartment has a small private deck. The kitchen offers 20 cubic ft. refrigerator, electric glass top range, dishwasher, and double sink with garbage disposal. This unit has all new countertops, sinks, and faucets throughout.

Every unit comes with 1 garage stall and one off street parking space. Extra storage is provided with one climate controlled storage room and one non climate controlled storage room per apartment. Pets are welcome with a separate pet agreement.
